The Client is a non-profit network of healthcare providers that includes hospitals, home health agencies, nursing centers, and other healthcare services. Based in Rockville, Maryland, Adventist HealthCare employs more than 7,200 people and cares for over 250,000 patients each year among its various entities and services. The primary service areas for Adventist HealthCare are the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and northwestern New Jersey. |

Objective: |
|
- The client wanted to convert all its employee data from Ceridian Payroll Time and Labor System to PeopleSoft Payroll and HR system in 8.3 HRMS.
- Involved in the up gradation of PeopleSoft Payroll and HR system from 8.3 version to 8.9 version.

Challenges and Requirements: |
|
- Provide PeopleSoft out-of-the-box functionality in compliance with the client design with specific configurations and customizations.
- If data does not exist in Ceridian to populate required fields or records, the functional team will define the appropriate requirements to enable the required functionality (via default values or configurations in place in Rockville) to test and to “go-live”.
- Data will be loaded programmatically into PeopleSoft via files converted from the existing Ceridian system.
- As part of the implementation convert and route all the transactional data and payroll related interface from third party.
